April 12, 2003: Maryland Writer's Association 15th Annual Writers Conference. Warren will be the keynote speaker. The event will be held at the Chesapeake Center for the Creative Arts in Brooklyn Park, Maryland. There are still some places available. June 29 - July 6, 2003: (Warren's going out to sea!) Murph will be one of the writers participating in a weeklong cruise; The Mystery Writers Forum at Sea 2003. It's run by "Cruises To Die For" and will take off from New York City aboard the Norwegian Dawn and cruise ariund the Caribbean before returning to Port. Other writers schmoozing around the ship and conducting workshops and seminars will include novelist Jan Burke, legendary editor Ruth Cavin, screenwriter/novelist Stuart Kaminsky, novelist Margaret Maron, agent/novelist Evan Marshall, among a whole pile of others.
